LuvSprout is a gratitude, mindfulness, and wellbeing companion. It is designed to help users build gentle daily habits through gratitude entries, mood reflection, reminders, meditation-style content, and digital garden progress.
1. Information We Collect
LuvSprout collects only information required to provide and improve the app experience. This may include:
Your display name
Your email address
Your account authentication details, handled securely through Firebase Authentication
Gratitude entries and journal-style reflections that you choose to save
Mood reflections and optional notes
Meditation or calm-session completion records
Reminder preferences
Digital garden progress and app usage preferences
Subscription status, where applicableLuvSprout does not collect or store your payment card information. Payments and subscriptions are processed by the Google Play Store.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used only for legitimate app functionality, including:
Creating and managing your account
Personalising your LuvSprout experience
Saving and syncing your gratitude entries and garden progress
Supporting the “growth” logic of your digital garden
Managing reminders and notification preferences
Restoring your data when you sign in on a supported device
Managing premium subscription access
Responding to support requests
Maintaining app security and functionalityWe do not use your private entries for advertising, resale, or unrelated third-party profiling.
3. Privacy of Gratitude Entries and Reflections
Your gratitude entries, mood notes, and reflections are private to your account.
LuvSprout does not sell, rent, or trade your personal reflections. Access to user data is restricted to the systems required to operate the app, such as Firebase and related Google Cloud services. LuvSprout does not provide a public social feed, public profile, or community posting feature.
Although your entries are stored securely, you should avoid entering highly sensitive medical, financial, legal, or emergency information into the app.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
LuvSprout uses trusted third-party service providers only where necessary to operate the app. These may include:
Firebase Authentication for user sign-in
Firebase Firestore for secure cloud data storage
Google Play Billing for subscription payments
Google Play Console services for app distribution and platform complianceThese providers process data according to their own security and privacy standards. LuvSprout does not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscription payments are handled through the Google Play Store. LuvSprout does not store your credit card, debit card, banking, or payment account details.
Google Play may process payment information according to Google’s own terms and privacy policies.
6. Data Storage and Security
LuvSprout stores user account and app data using Firebase services. Data is protected through access controls and Firebase security rules designed to ensure that users can access only their own account data.
While we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user information, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
You may delete your account directly inside the LuvSprout app from the Profile section. When you delete your account, LuvSprout attempts to permanently remove your Firebase account and associated app data, including journal entries, mood entries, meditation records, garden data, reminder settings, subscription state, and daily content preferences.

9. Children and Age Restriction
LuvSprout is intended for users aged 16 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

1. About LuvSprout
LuvSprout is a gratitude, mindfulness, and wellbeing companion designed to support daily reflection, gentle habit-building, mood awareness, meditation-style content, reminders, and digital garden progress.
LuvSprout is not a medical, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or emergency service.
2. Eligibility
LuvSprout is intended for users aged 16 and older. By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
3. Account Creation
To use LuvSprout, you may be required to create an account using your name, email address, and password. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to update it where necessary.
4. Subscriptions and Premium Access
LuvSprout may offer a premium subscription called LuvSprout Glow.
The initial planned subscription is: LuvSprout Glow: R24.99 per month
Premium features, pricing, and availability may change over time. Any available subscription options will be displayed in the app or on the Google Play Store before purchase.
5. Payments
All Android subscription payments are processed securely through the Google Play Store. LuvSprout does not store your payment card or banking details.
Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to Google Play’s billing terms and policies.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.
Cancellation stops future renewal. You will generally retain premium access until the end of the current paid billing period, subject to Google Play’s policies. LuvSprout does not provide partial refunds directly.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LuvSprout:
For unlawful purposes
To harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others
To attempt to access another user’s account or data
To interfere with the app’s security or functionality
To submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or intentionally harmful
As a replacement for professional medical, psychological, legal, or emergency assistance
LuvSprout reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the app or violate these terms.
8. User Content
You remain responsible for the gratitude entries, reflections, mood notes, and other content you enter into the app.
LuvSprout stores your content to provide app functionality and sync your experience. Your private entries are not public and are not sold to third parties.
9. No Medical or Therapeutic Service
LuvSprout provides wellbeing, gratitude, mindfulness, and reflection tools only. It does not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, therapy, diagnosis, crisis response, or emergency support.
You should seek professional advice from a qualified healthcare provider for any medical, mental health, psychological, or emergency concern.
10. Availability and Technical Interruptions
We aim to keep LuvSprout available and functioning reliably. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be affected by maintenance, internet issues, platform restrictions, device compatibility, third-party services, or technical faults.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuvSprout, EEZNET, and its owners, employees, contractors, or partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or personal outcome-related losses arising from use of the app.
LuvSprout is provided as a supportive digital tool. Your use of the app remains your responsibility.
12. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the app, features, pricing, subscription model, or these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.

2. Not a Clinical or Crisis Service
LuvSprout is not a crisis intervention service and is not designed to respond to emergencies.

LuvSprout is intended to support gentle reflection and wellbeing habits. Your use of the app is voluntary, and any decisions about your health, lifestyle, medical care, or emotional support remain your responsibility.
Our Social Impact Commitment:

At LuvSprout, our wellbeing mission is connected to a broader intention to support heart-health awareness and positive social impact in South Africa.
1. Giving Commitment
LuvSprout intends to support the Heart and Stroke Foundation South Africa through a 10% giving commitment, subject to formal donation processing, operational readiness, and public verification.
This commitment applies to eligible LuvSprout revenue received by the business, including subscription revenue, after platform processing where applicable.
2. Designated Beneficiary
The current intended beneficiary is: The Heart and Stroke Foundation of South Africa
LuvSprout may update or adjust the beneficiary if required for operational, legal, administrative, or verification reasons. Any material change will be reflected on this page.
3. Monthly Distribution Cycle
LuvSprout intends to calculate and process giving contributions on a monthly basis, once revenue is received and reconciled.
Where platform payout timing, minimum payment thresholds, administrative delays, or verification requirements affect timing, payments may be processed as soon as reasonably practical.
4. Verification and Transparency
LuvSprout aims to maintain transparency by publishing donation confirmation or proof of contribution through its official website and/or official social media channels after payments are processed.

Delete Your LuvSprout Account

LuvSprout allows users to delete their account and associated app data.
Delete Account in the App
To delete your account inside the LuvSprout app:
1. Open LuvSprout
2. Go to Profile
3. Select Delete Account
4. Confirm deletion
When deletion is completed, LuvSprout attempts to permanently delete your Firebase account and associated app data, including:
Account profile
Email-linked app account
Gratitude entries
Mood entries
Meditation session records
Digital garden progress
Reminder settings
Daily content preferences
Subscription state stored by the app
Request Deletion by Email

Please send the request from the email address linked to your LuvSprout account. This helps us verify ownership before deletion.
Data Retention
Once deletion is completed, account data is intended to be permanently removed from LuvSprout’s active Firebase systems.
Some limited records may remain where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or Google Play transaction compliance purposes.
Payment and subscription records managed by Google Play are subject to Google’s own policies.
