Subscription Models: LuvSprout offers Monthly and Annual Premium Subscriptions.
Payment: All transactions are processed securely through Google Play Store and Apple iOS App Store. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Cancellation Policy: Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.
Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation stops the auto-renewal for the following year. You will retain Premium access until the end of your paid 12-month term.
User Conduct: LuvSprout is a sanctuary for positivity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that use the platform for illegal or abusive purposes.
Limitation of Liability: LuvSprout provides tools for mental resilience but is not liable for personal health outcomes or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
